Attorney Frankie was sworn in as an 18th Judicial Circuit Governor for The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors by special appointment made by President Hirani in recognition of Frankie’s exceptional leadership, professionalism, and service to the legal community. The oath was administered by Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings, whose hospitality made the occasion especially memorable. 

 

The Florida Bar YLD Board of Governors plays a vital role within Florida’s legal system. It serves as the statewide voice for over 27,000 young lawyers, shaping policy, developing programs that improve access to justice, mentoring the next generation of practitioners, and safeguarding the integrity of the profession. Governors are charged with strengthening the legal community across all 20 judicial circuits and representing the interests of lawyers and the public in matters that impact the administration of justice. 

 

An appointment to the Board is both selective and highly regarded. It reflects not only trust in an attorney’s judgment and character, but also confidence in their ability to help guide the future of the profession. 

 

Frankie will represent the 18th Judicial Circuit—serving Brevard and Seminole Counties—at the statewide level, contributing to initiatives that support young lawyers, enhance professionalism, and improve the delivery of legal services across Florida.
