Ms. Ogden grew up in Lakewood, New York, and attended Elon University in North Carolina. She received her Juris Doctorate from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2010 and has been practicing law in Brevard County since 2011.
Attorney Ogden provides a wide range of family law services, including divorce, child support and custody, alimony, modification, paternity, and adoption. She works closely with all the attorneys on the team to offer the highest level of support and advocacy for her clients.
Attorney Emily Ogden is admitted to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle and Southern districts of Florida. She has over 8 years of experience representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, mortgage loan modifications, and mortgage exit strategies.
Ms. Ogden is active in the community. She is a member of the Brevard County Bar Association and has participated in fundraisers and contributed time and legal assistance to local organizations focused on empowering women, supporting veterans, and advocating for animal rights. She has been active in women’s roller derby in Brevard County and women’s rugby in Indian River County. She lives in central Brevard with her husband, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 pet turtles.
