Jail Procedures
There are typically many questions that arise when someone is jailed:
- How long will my loved one have to stay in jail?
- How can I get them released?
- How do I get in touch with an incarcerated person?
Brevard County Inmate Search System
This system is updated daily at 8:00 AM. After this time, defendants incarcerated in the jail will not appear in the search until the following morning.
Inmates who have posted bond will appear on the daily arrest report and will not appear at all on the daily population report. Bond information can be found on the arrest report and from any local Bail Bonding Agency.
